LOCAL RULES in addition to the permanent LR of the FCG

OUT OF LIMITS (RULE 27)
The limits of the course are defined by lines of white paint, white stakes and fence posts that delimit the course prevailing in this order.

Out of Limits inside: to the right of hole 16 that only affects the game of said hole.

UNAMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS (RULE 24-2) In addition to those defined by the Rules,
The stakes that mark the out of bounds of the 16th hole (first part of the hole), when another hole is played.

WATER OBSTACLES – DROPPING AREA (RULE 26)
Hole 16: When a ball rests within the water hazard and it is impossible to determine exactly the point by which it crossed the obstacle for the last time, it must be played from the drop zone marked for that purpose, with one stroke of penalty, except that the player chooses any other option of Rule 26-1

Penalty for infraction of these local rules

Shooting game “Stroke Play”: 2 strokes – Match Play “Match Play”: hole loss

“Rules 18-2, 18-3 and 20-1” are amended as follows:

When a player’s ball lies on the green, there is no penalty if the ball or the ball marker is accidentally moved by the player, his teammate, his opponent, or any of his caddies or team.

The ball moved or the ball marker must be replaced as established in Rules 18-2, 18-3 and 20-1.

This Local Rule applies only when the player’s ball or ball marker rests on the green and any movement is accidental.

Note: If it is determined that a player’s ball on the green was moved as a result of wind, water or some other natural cause such as the effects of gravity, the ball must be played as it rests from its new location. A ball marker moved in such circumstances is replenished. ”
